  File Folders - Everyone should have a file folder at the pool where they practice.  Whenever there is an upcoming meet, directions to a meet, or other signups, they will be placed in the appropriate swimmers' folder.  Make sure to have your swimmer check this every day, or drop in to check the file yourself, especially if your swimmer is out of the water for several days.
